Our company was set up in 1948. One of the main
tasks was the manufacture of coachwork and tanks for freight and
farm machinery. Then, it grew bigger and gained importance in 1978
because we started to manufacture the popular caravans in tow and
motorhomes "Sueñito".
The present plant is located in the approach road of Buenos Aires
with Villa María in Road 9 Km 555. It has a 10,000 square meter
cover campus where you can find the management and a 6,000 square
meter cover factory. In the old days, 110 machinists worked there.
Unfortunately, a lot of workers were laid off as a result of the
government´s economic policy wich ruled at that time (Martínez
de Hoz´s foreign exchange table in which the cost of the products
which were imported was substantially lower than the cost of the
materials of our products). From that moment on, our production
was diversified into the following range of products: Coachwork
for truck chassis, Vans, Ambulances, Minibus, and so on. During
the last decade, a new range of manufacture was added such as
tanks made of reinforced plastic fiberglass for the milky
industry, cabins for truck chassis and for the manufacture of vans
( small, thermic, refrigereated vans) made of reinforced plastic
fiberglass and with a revolutionary system and technology.
Nowadays,we still manufacture the above mentioned range of
products and we have ambitious investment projects. Our plan is to
increase the use of technology in the range of the existing
products as well as in the development of new ones.
All
our products are manufacture by means of an interdisciplinary
coordination of processes which combine the following:
a) Sub-products made of reinforced plastic fiberglass
(which are elaborated by means of enduring monocoque dies and of a
high technological development)
b) Effective and efficient designs to meet the clients´needs.
c) Quality in all the products (Durability, Fittings,
Resistence, etc.) We are near to getting the international
certifications of quality.
d) Labeling system of the reinforced plastic fiberglass and
of the expanded polyurethane injection with the latest American
technology.
e) Effective manufacture processes and assembly elaborated
by means of plant engineering research
and audit processes carried out by professionals in those
fields.
f) Systems of improvement and quality control
